Sergi’s Well Drilling gets five stars from me. I needed a new well, since my old one was on it’s last legs. Mike, Nick and Jeff did a great job. The whole process was amazingly quick: they started at 10AM and left at 2PM – drilled 300 feet with 30 feet of casing and got 10 gallons per minute! Nick and Jeff make a great team- very efficient. I was impressed with the high quality of materials used; made in USA, which is important to me.

After the job was done, I detected a leak in my pump room. I called Mike, and within the hour Nick and Jeff were here to check it out. It turned out that the leak was from a fitting on my old well, which was not their fault. But they came and dug it out and fixed it anyway, at no extra charge! Talk about customer service!

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the job they did. I highly recommend them.

“On Mother’s Day I was in the basement when my wife called down saying she was trying to shower but there was not a drop of water anywhere. I knew something was seriously wrong and likely a pump had gone bad, as it was 3 decades old. I called several companies, including Sergi’s Well Drilling and left messages. I realized Sergi’s is a small family business and did not have live answering services like the large companies. One of the TV advertised companies did send someone to check it out, at a cost of $400, just to look at things. The pump was indeed bad, and the gentleman proceeded to offer me several pre-loaded “packages” on a cell phone that I could sign immediately to obtain services in a few days. The price was very high, so my wife and I were hesitant to sign. Then, at dinner time, we received a callback from Mr Sergi, who reviewed the situation and offered to come out in a day or two, after completing a job he had already scheduled. the next Tuesday they called and said they could come right out. Nick and Jeff arrived within 45 minutes, checked things out, and confirmed a bad pump. They provided a plan with an estimate. The price was amazing…one third of that of the big company. We knew the reputation of their company in the Greene community, high quality and honest professional service, so we quickly agreed to their offer. They removed the old pump and tank, and replaced them with all new fittings in less than 3 hours. A job completed, just as promised, and at a reasonable cost. They had the process down to a science, with the necessary materials with them on the truck. I can heartily, and without reservation, recommend Sergi’s Well Drilling and Pump Systems to anyone.

Sergi’s Well Drilling came to our rescue and installed a water softener in our Village of Greene home. Village residents might not realize how hard the village water is. We had no idea of the effects, other than being annoyed by our dishes that didn’t seem to be getting clean (cloudy appearance) in our dishwasher. The Village water was shortening the life of our appliances and etching all of my dishes in my dishwasher. Now all of our tubs, showers and sinks have no water residue marks and our appliances and pipes will have a much longer life! Thank you Sergi’s Well Drilling!”

“I’ll try to keep this concise. There’s a reason why the Sergi family has a good name and reputation. It has been earned by decades of hard work, exceptional results, and from them putting their customers first. I live in Greene not far from Sergi’s shop and when I needed professionals with the knowledge, experience, and tooling to pull my 40+ year old pump hung on old, brittle ABS pipe I knew exactly who to call. I had pulled the pump myself years ago with the intention of changing it, but it bound at the casing and I had no choice but to send it back down. There’s no such thing as a convenient pump failure, and knowing from past discussions with the Sergi’s that the ABS pipe and pump were very old I knew a failure was inevitable. I wanted to avoid that. When I finally called Sergi’s to schedule the pump replacement and discussed the situation with Mike, he knew exactly what to do and how to plan for every possible situation. Worst case scenario I would need a new well, best case they would be able to get the pump pulled and replaced and there were a couple more possibilities in between. Mike, Jeff and Nick showed up and started to pull the pump. It came most of the way and again, it bound up at the casing in the same place it did for me. They just backed up the boom truck and rigged it to the winch. Jeff nursed the controls and was able to get the pump moving without breaking the old ABS pipe. It bound up again on the pitless, which was a much more difficult situation. They very easily could have just broken the pipe off and sent the old pump down to the bottom and set a new pump above it, but they didn’t. They patiently continued rigging and re-rigging and working it methodically, and ultimately were able to get the old pump out. They did not give up. They then measured out the water level in the well and the overall well depth. They installed a new stainless steel pump (Made in the USA not some cheap imported pump), new pipe and wire and set the new pump at the correct depth. I don’t typically discuss cost, I don’t look for cheap anything. Just ends up costing more in the long run and companies that market cheap cheap cheap don’t do the kind of work I’m interested in. I don’t like junk and I don’t like hacks. The cost for what they did was lower than expected, the overall value of their service is exceptional. It’s really simple....if you want professionals that take pride in their work and have your best interest at heart, call the Sergi’s.”

I’ve had these people up to my house a couple of different times over the last year. If it wasn’t one thing that it was the other. Bitter cold out they came in switched out my well pump, knew exactly what I needed and how deep it was going to be. I changed out my own pressure tank, that went. They got called in the middle of early morning to come by and put another pressure tank in my house. Not only were they great and courteous and quick, the price was wonderful. You Cannot ask for better people than these guys. I only gave them 5 stars cause they wouldn’t let me give em 10!

This is a great company to use for all your well and pump needs. We had them put a new pump in as ours was 46 years old. Yes 46 years old. Years ago pumps were put in a little different and ours was stuck. They thought they might have to dig it out, but they were persistent to get it out and they did. They were pleasant, explained everything, and the price was cheaper than what was quoted. We could not be more pleased with the job they did. ”

“We called Sergi’s to install a well at our camp. Mike came right over, listened to our requirements because we had several cabins and wanted a simple way to winterize the system. Mike listened intently and developed an excellent solution and location for our well and pressure tank, including the ability to winterize directly from our garage. His team went to work quickly, and determined that we had an artesian well. Although extra work was involved due to the overflow and constantly running stream of water, the team worked out an overflow solution and only charged for the extra parts.
